1-on-1 Coaching: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance can be rescheduled. No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

 

Workshops/Speaking Engagements: Custom agreements will outline refund or cancellation terms. No general refunds unless stated otherwise.

 

Digital Products/Tools: Non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
